I ask the Serbs to withdraw from the barricade – These were only a few of the various messages at yet another of the Serbian President’s long and dramatic extraordinary weekend media addresses. Aleksandar Vucic called on Kosovo Serbs to „go back to their homes“. He also stated that regardless of how difficult it is to talk and negotiate with “those provocateurs”, he will have to find a mode to continue negotiations for the benefit of Serbian citizens. Vucic described Kosovo special forces as „bandits“, severely criticising KFOR and other international stakeholders for „brutal lies“, while to the EU – Mrs. Mogherini, Einhorst and Kocijancic, he asked several times a question „From which we should restrain?“ Also, he accused the EU of being hypocritical. Finally, he stated that incidents such as these show the necessity of strengthening the army and repeated that as long as he is the President, there will be no new ethnic cleansing campaigns of Serbs, such as “Operation Storm”.

This confidence in the significance of talks, negotiations, has a long time agodisappeared because of all the fraud they committed, because of everything else they did in the meantime.
Three, unfortunately, today was seen how much I was right while talking about the necessity of making and seeking an agreement. But it is also clear to me that we could not come to the agreement, nor were we close to him. Because they did not want it for a moment, they only sought an excuse for new attacks and the making of a new balance. With such a policy, they will continue, lying to the whole world to seek an agreement, and in fact only want to humiliate Serbia and seize the northern part of Kosovo and Metohija and do not have any illusions, I have spoken to you earlier too. It was them, and that was their only goal.
The Srpska Lista is not in a coalition with Thaci and Haradinaj. But all those in the Saveza Srbiju were with Thaci on the list, and when there was no need for that, when there were no borders on Jarinje and Brnjak, they then went into coalition with him to establish the border on Jarinje and Brnjak.
