Djuric: Vucic in enclaves where „no Serbian has ever set foot“. „The frivolous campaign, insane statements and threats from ruling politicians in Pristina are not stopping“

The upcoming visit of the Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic to Kosovo will be „the most extensive “ and „the most comprehensive“. Vucic will visit an enclave „where no Serbian can set foot“, however, he will not meet with Kosovo Albanian representatives, said the head of Kosovo Office Marko Djuric.

„President Vucic will be visiting Serbian enclaves, which no top Serbian official has ever entered before, with the goal and the desire to see how our people are living down there and which problems they are facing,“ Djuric said during a press conference.

He added that, during his two-day visit, Vucic will be making a public appearance in North Mitrovica, where he will meet Serbs from south of the Ibar.

Djuric also announced a business forum in Leposavic, where Vucic will hold a meeting with more than 200 Serbian businessmen.

„He will also talk to people working in education, health, economy, and locals throughout Kosovo… At the central meeting in North Mitrovica, he will present some of the most important positions in Serbia’s relations towards Kosovo and the vision of solving this problem in the months ahead,“ Djuric said.

There is no end to the frivolous campaign of threats coming from politicians from the ruling structures in Pristina. A race on who will take a stricter attitude towards solving the problem, a race in insane statements, in which they are including Albanians from the south of Serbia

„I can say that they (Albanians) can only fantasize about those movies, about those deluded territorial pretensions in which they reach, not only Nis and Mediana, but Vojvodina,“ Djuric said.

He further accused the Albanians of having „megalomaniac interests“:

„Representatives of Albanians, continue to dream that you will be able to get everything, without giving anything, that somebody will force Serbs to recognize you. You may think that a cosmic force will arrive and force Serbs to recognize you.”
