Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic ordered the Army, police and BIA to „interrupt any communication“ with the Kosovo Police and KFOR, Belgrade-based media report. The news was initially reported by the Tanjug Agency this morning after a new round of political statements by top Serbian officials and comments from Pristina.
The media claimed Vucic ordered the termination of communication with „any Albanian and international representatives acting in the territory of Kosovo on the occasion of his visit“.
The Serbian president will only make a decision tonight on his possible departure to Kosovo, Tanjug agency reported.
This latest makeover came ahead of preparations for what was announced as the most important visit of the President to Serbs in Kosovo and on another scheduled meeting of the three – Vucic, Thaci and Mogherini.
Belgrade media, however, reported that not only Vucic’s visit is put into a question, but the meeting with Thaci as well.
In the meantime, Thaci has already met Mogherini in Brussels, while the opposition both in Belgrade and Pristina claimed that Thaci and Vucic are in fact all the time in communication and are helping each other via Srpska Lista, among other issues, to block the voting for the parliament declaration against border correction.
Vucic arrived there as well to meet with Mogherini, without clear confirmation on whether he will meet Thaci as was planned.

Vecernje Novosti today published also a text titled „The English have arrived in the province to spy on the President“, stating that the „Group MI6 from Macedonia has been transferred to Kosovo and Metohija“.
How did the latest makeover start?
That there is a possibility that Vucic will not come to Kosovo was published last night in the Belgrade media.
RTS, Tanjug, Vecernje Novosti, Pink, Informer reported that it is possible to cancel the whole program of the visit if „Pristina authorities prevent the President of Serbia from visiting Gazivode“.
Everything started when the Director of the Kosovo Office, Marko Djuric, returned three days ago from one of Kosovo’s integrated border crossings claiming he was sent back by Kosovo authorities, Belgrade media reported.
Kosovo Police and Kosovo Foreign Minister, Behgjet Pacoli denied the allegations, arguing that Djuric was granted a license and that they were not sure why he had returned from the crossing.
Then the president of the Kosovo Assembly, Kadri Veselji, said that the arrival of the Serbian president could be „questioned“.
„I do not know if Vucic will come to Kosovo, we have given permission, but with the destructiveness of stability in Kosovo, it can also be questioned. Secondly, there is nothing to go to Gazivoda Lake for, nor is it known that he will go there,“ Veselji said.
It was then followed by comments carried out by the first man of the Serbian MUP, Nebojsa Stefanovic and military minister Aleksandar Vulin, labelled statements from Pristina as threats against Vucic.
What is the procedure for visiting Kosovo?
The agreement on the visits of Belgrade-Pristina officials, envisaged three categories of officials. The president, prime minister, the deputy prime minister, the president of the assembly, and the ministers of interior, foreign affairs and defense in order to visit Kosovo are required to send a notice at least 72 hours in advance, while any objections must be made within the first 48 hours.
For the third category of officials, which include only two persons, including Marko Djuric, the procedure is determined via „regular and simplified access to the other side“ and „ad hoc agreements“ in the event of an emergency situation are envisaged.
