The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking offers from qualified persons to provide personal services under contract as described in this solicitation. Offers must be submitted in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation.
Position title: Development Outreach and Communications Assistant (Digital Content Creator)
Market value: FSN-9 equivalent (Euro 26,986 – Euro 37,786 per annum)
In accordance with AIDAR Appendix J and the Local Compensation Plan of the US Embassy in Pristina. Final compensation will be negotiated within the listed market value.
Statement of duties
The Development Outreach and Communications Assistant (Digital Content Creator) works under the direct supervision of the Senior Development Outreach and Communications Specialist and under the policy direction of Mission management to help craft and promote USAID/Kosovo’s work, goals and messages to an external audience. The incumbent is responsible for the development and production of visual and multimedia elements of the Mission’s public engagement, including design, creation, and/or acquisition of customized visual and multimedia content, which is disseminated online, in person, or via traditional broadcast. The incumbent also assists in maintaining the USAID/Kosovo Website, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Youtube accounts, and provides other support duties for the DOC team.
