After claiming that the former minister in the Kosovo government, Goran Rakic, is maintaining barricades in the north in cooperation with „criminal and armed gangs,“ new accusations arrived today from the ruling party in Pristina. A Self-Determination MP, Armend Muja, spoke about „criminal groups in the North of Kosovo,“ alleging that they were founded by Srpska Lista officials. Speaking about one of the alleged groups, Muja mentioned the names of high-ranking Serbian officials, as well as the president’s brother and son. In response, Srpska Lista and Petar Petkovic accuse Pristina of drawing a target, saying that Muja’s announcement is proof that „a list for the persecution of Serbs“ actually exists.

In the introductory part of his latest Facebook post, a member of the Kosovo Assembly from the ranks of the ruling Self-Determination party, Armend Muja, wrote that there are no lists for the arrest of Serbs in Kosovo – about which media have recently been extensively reporting about, and the same allegations were also made by the leaders of SL and official Belgrade.

According to Muja, such allegations are „Vucic’s propaganda“ aimed at intimidating the citizens from the Kosovo Serb community.

Nevertheless, this LVV member then continued to present a list of people he „recommends“ to be arrested, providing both a detailed explanation and their personal details.

He says that „it is well known that there are criminal groups that operate and provoke both the citizens and the state of Kosovo.“

Muja categorized them into three groups: 1. Civil protection, 2. North Brigade and 3. Extreme right-wing organizations which are purportedly connected to Russia, the Serbian Orthodox Church, and the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts.

As the founders of „Civil Protection“, this MP identified the top officials of Srpska Lista – Goran Rakic, Igor Simic, and Slavko Simic. Some of its alleged founders also include Milos Perovic, Stevan Pavicevic, as well as Nenad Djuric.

According to Muja, the group „North Brigade“ was allegedly formed by the brother of the Serbian president – Andrej Vucic, Milan Radoicic, Zvonko Veselinovic, and Radule Stevic.

In the category of „Extreme right-wing organizations“, he listed three names – Danilo Vucic, the son of the Serbian president, and Damnjan Knezevic and Aleksandar Filipovic from the “Narodne Patrole” organization.

„It is well-known that the president of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, his brother Andrej, and son Danilo, the head of the BIA, Aleksandar Vulin, and the Serbian Minister of the Interior, Bratislav Gasic, are creating this game,“ claims Muja.

The same MP then underlined that the North Brigade and Civil Protection „should be declared terrorist organizations“.

He also revealed that citizens in the municipalities in the north „constantly inform“ them on who are the main operatives of these two organizations, while listing an additional 21 persons.

Muja emphasized that this is the list of people he will propose to be arrested in order „to have a Mitrovica without crime, gangs and barricades“.

„The criminal group is more limited than is thought and reported. Their past is criminal and they will answer to justice,“ this MP wrote in a Facebook post.

Muja’s post triggered a harsh reaction from the Serbian side, namely, the head of the Kosovo Office and Srpska Lista. In their reactions, they mostly responded to the accusations this MP made against the Serbian president and his family. They also alleged that Muja’s statements are proof that a „list for the persecution of Serbs“ actually does exist.

The „latest list“ was published on Kurti’s direct order, says Petar Petkovic.

He warned that Pristina is „directly drawing a target on the brother of the president of Serbia“.

„The only thing Kurti didn’t do is declare President Vucic’s still-minor son a criminal and put him on his kill list,“ says Petkovic, assessing that Kurti’s only methods are „arresting and killing Serbs“.

In his words, this presents a direct threat to the security of both the Vucic family, the president’s brother, and son, and the Serbian people in Kosovo.

Are they actually the victims Kurti mentioned the other day and will someone from the international community react, even though we know they won’t? – he asked.

He adds that it is clear why Pristina is nervous a day after the „magnificent“ rally in Rudare, as this is their only way to oppose Serb unity and peaceful, democratic, non-violent resistance at the barricades.

„Belgrade has been warning all this time about Kurti’s lists of unfit Serbs, although some of his officials try to ineptly deny it. They should not place Serbian lives in their hands because Kurti will be directly responsible for each one!“ underlined the head of the Kosovo Office.

Srpska Lista had a similar reaction to Muja’s post.

The party said that the fact that the brother and son of the President of Serbia were included on the „new list for the persecution of Serbs“ – even though they „have nothing to do with the democratic, peaceful protests of the Serbian people at the barricades“ – shows how deep „Albin Kurti’s hatred runs.“

They say that Self-Determination MP spoke out about something that the Prime Minister of Kosovo and the Minister of the Interior, „are persistently trying to hide“.

„Regardless of persistent repetition of false statements and concealment of Albin Kurti’s real goals, to expel Serbs from Kosovo, the details of that plan are revealed every day. Criminalizing Srpska Lista and its leadership without any evidence was not enough for Kurti, but they went one step further and the son of President Vucic and his brother Andrej became targets of Kurti’s regime,“ said Srpska Lista.

They called on the international public to condemn this „persecution of Serbs“.

„Such statements most directly justify the existence of roadblocks and the peaceful resistance of the Serbian people who object to the noose tied around their necks intended for them by Kurti,“ they concluded.
