A car parked in the yard of a Kosovo Serb caught fire and burned in Gracanica early on Monday – the 24 hour Kosovo Police report reads.
A fire in which a Kosovo Serb-owned car was burnt was reported to the police station in Gracanica at approximately 4.20h on Monday morning. The vehicle was parked in the yard of the owner’s house.
The police and the fire department came to the scene. In addition to the material damage, no one was injured. The owner of the car told the police that he suspects that arson may be the cause.
A few days ago, a vehicle caught fire and burned near the Jarinje crossing, in which team of journalists from ‘Vreme’ weekly were returning from North Mitrovica. The journalists’ associations and the magazine requested an investigation.
