„Milan Radoičić is a victim of a disastrous and destructive Kosovo policy, and possibly a victim of the fact that he trusted a man he obviously shouldn’t have,“ the leader of New Democratic Party of Serbia, Miloš Jovanović said last night on the Utisak Nedelje show. The president of the Party of Freedom and Justice, Dragan Djilas, however, stated that the victims are actually the Serbs who are leaving Kosovo, as well as the citizens of Serbia themselves due to Vučić’s policies, and not Radoičić or Veselinović.
He is not a writer, but he is not a terrorist
The leader of the New Democratic Party of Serbia, Miloš Jovanović, said on the Utisak Nedelje show on Nova S that the Serbs from Kosovo have been tossed aside.
Jovanović also commented on the former Vice President of Srpska Lista, Milan Radoičić.
When asked whether he believes that the origin of Radoičić’s wealth and the „hacienda“ at Gazivode are relevant issues, Jovanović replied that they are not.
„That man is not a terrorist. He was there where life was lost. Some guys lost their lives. He will disappear when this regime is gone. I wouldn’t make him out to be a hero, but neither a terrorist. He went there with a rifle,“ said Jovanović.
Moreover, he assumes that Milan Radoičić trusted the President of Serbia.
Noting that by doing what Radoičić did – it means that he „certainly is not a writer“, nor „a member of the fine artists of Serbia“. Jovanović added that he is now aware Vučić himself said something similar, remarking that he „doesn’t listen to him“. “
It is not a good thing for Serbia to rely on such people. We have seen the result. In Serbia proper, when you rely on hooligans, who are not hooligans, but criminals, the system must fail, but with Radoičić, it’s a different matter.“
While underlining that Radoičić is a victim, he states that his friend Zvonko Veselinović is „a victim to a lesser extent.“

Radoičić is part of the „criminal underworld“
Dragan Djilas, SSP leader, had a differing opinion about the character and work of Milan Radoičić.
„Okay, Mr. Jovanovic said all kinds of things and I hardly agree with anything…“, he said.
„Milan Radoičić is no victim. He is a man from the criminal underworld who in 2012 had almost nothing. Today, he only has this part that we saw, which is tens, hundreds of millions of euros, both he and Zvonko Veselinović,“ says Djilas.
According to him, the Serbian people in Kosovo are the real victims, as well as the citizens of Serbia themselves because of Vučić’s policies.
„The victims are the people in Kosovo. They are victims. Those poor people who are moving, leaving – not Zvonko Veselinović and Milan Radoičić. We are all victims of Aleksandar Vučić’s decisions. The man who told them to leave the KP and the municipalities, and then, when they (cf. special forces and Kosovo mayors) came in, he did what he did and now we are where we are and he is now telling them to participate in the elections“.
He underlined that it is necessary to normalize relations between the two nations in all possible areas – from education, and sports, through culture and education, citing as an example that Albanians should receive „treatment with proper documentation“ in Serbian institutions and not through „cash“ and corruption.
