Milan Radoičić’s alleged Interpol dossier, that is, the confirmation that the international organization’s red warrant has been issued for him and revealing the identity of 10 more individuals who reportedly participated in the Banjska events, is breaking news in the Kosovo media today. In the Serbian media, however, the atmosphere is quite different, as evidenced by a tweet from Belgrade: Radoičić celebrates his birthday on Kopaonik in the company of a few people, with fireworks and the message „Happy birthday commander“.

The leader of the „Love, Faith, Hope“ Movement, Nemanja Šarović, shared on his Twitter account a short video with the inscription that Milan Radoičić celebrated his 46th birthday yesterday on Kopaonik.

The video shows a person resembling Radoičić from behind, as he is approaching several men who are displaying a banner „Happy Birthday Commander“. There was also a fireworks display.

This video was then shared by the Serbian media.

On the other hand, Pristina-based Gazeta Express today publishes the alleged Interpol file on Radoičić.

In this alleged dossier, his full name is listed, and UNMIK was cited under the ethnicity section.

Kosovo is not a member of Interpol, and only UNMIK can issue a warrant through that organization on behalf of Kosovo. KoSSev wrote about this back in December.

In this alleged document, obtained by Gazeta, Radoičić was identified as a suspect – „that on September 24 last year around 2:45 a.m., he strived to enter Kosovo illegally, with dozens of vehicles, which were loaded with weapons, ammunition, military clothing“.

It is also stated that they blocked the road with two trucks, intending to ambush Kosovo policemen.

„They attacked the Kosovo police with missiles and various weapons, on the bridge, near the Banjska monastery, whereby killing policeman Afrim Bunjaku and injuring policeman Alban Rashiti. There is a reasonable suspicion that in his capacity as the leader of a criminal group, starting from the last quarter of 2017 until September 24, 2023, through the criminal activities of smuggling goods, threats, blackmail and control of criminal groups – he gained profits, which he then converted into movable and immovable property, such as investing millions in a villa, also buying a penthouse, a cafe, vehicles and other motor vehicles, to hide the source of wealth,“ this alleged Interpol document, published by Gazeta, states.

There are no other allegations in this document, except that he is specifically accused of „severe destruction of the constitutional order and security of Kosovo“ with quotes from articles of the Kosovo constitution.

The section for the offense code states „crime related to terrorism“ and the warrant is being issued for his arrest.

Last night, Pristina-based Nacionale published the documents that they allegedly obtained, which present further details of the investigation after Banjska and reveal another 10 new individuals who participated in the Banjska events dated January 23 of this year.
