Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic has again announced the possibility, while fearing tonight, of new actions by Kosovo authorities against Kosovo Serbs. He brought up intelligence allegations of „already reserving the space for (Kosovo) special units in the Belvedere base for tomorrow“. Vucic went further by expressing his hopes that the Kosovo authorities „will not use Mr. Macron’s presence in Belgrade to make some additional incidents and problems.“
„I worry in the coming days for some bigger actions because we know for tomorrow that they have scheduled a special space for special units in Belvedere and again I worry that there will be some of their genius actions as usual“, said the Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic late this evening on the TV Pink Hit Tweet talk show.
All the time (Kosovo) is trying to prove that it is the sovereign state and that they are doing what they want, Vucic was explaining.
He claims that the tactics of the Kosovo authorities are „simple“ as reflected in:
„They have problems primarily with the north of Kosovo. They believe they have complete rule over other areas of Kosovo and Metohija“.
The Albanians will continue with such a policy, but it is up to Serbia to fight it.
Just on the eve of the arrival of French President Emanuel Macron to Belgrade, the Serbian president said:
„I hope they will not use Mr. Macron’s thrust in Belgrade to make some additional incidents and problems.“
Vucic regularly expresses his publicly presented concerns over security of Kosovo Serbs, as he repeatedly mentions the threats of Oluja and Bljesak (security&police operations against the north of Kosovo), or he announces police operations while presenting, what he describes as intelligence information. Just before the latest Kosovo Police actions at the end of May, in which several dozen people were arrested, mostly police officers of the Border Police of Kosovo, Vucic announced that it „was a matter of days and moments when they would attack Serbs“, while during the action itself, he said again that he would not allow any Storm or Flash.
