A dead body was found today on the north side along the Ibar quay towards Suva Dol, in North Mitrovica. It is an ethnic Albanian Z.K. from South Mitrovica, which was confirmed by Kosovo police, while the death is considered to be suspect.
As Kosovo Police spokesman Branislav Radovic confirmed, the body was discovered today at 14:30 with injuries found to the head of a victim.
The case was notified to the prosecutor for serious crimes and a regional investigative unit was included in the investigation.
The body of the victim was sent for an autopsy.
No other information is known so far, the investigation is ongoing.
