The decision on the custody of three Serbs suspected of being involved in the murder of Oliver Ivanovic will be made on Monday, December 17th, Pristina-based Insajderi reported.
The lawyers of the three suspects told certain media yesterday that the defendants are unlawfully detained.
According to the first paragraph of the decision of the Appellate Court, their detention was revoked. On the other hand, the second paragraph reads that the defendants shall remain in detention until a new decision is reached – the lawyers stated.
The Pristina Appellate Court returned a decision on the custody of the three Serbs from North Mitrovica for reconsideration on December 6th.
The Basic Court must request from the Prosecution to deliver, along with a request for detention, all evidence it refers to, in particular those relating to reasonable suspicion – the Court statement reads.
