Every week from 2013 to date, the handover of Serbian jurisdiction in Kosovo has been permanently agreed upon, lawyer Bozo Prelevic said in Utisak Nedelje show. Prelevic emphasized that a normal person would not force the Serbs to take off their uniforms, leave the judiciary, and give away the Serbian electric utility power company – Elektroprivreda.
Prelevic says that everything created to strengthen the position of Kosovo Serbs was delivered in the „decisive“ year of 2013, that is, when the SNS came to power. Commenting on Serbs; withdrawal from the Kosovo institutions in the north last November, Prelevic alleged that: „a normal person would not force people to take off their uniforms“, and that the Serbs „will not have a single police officer who understands Serbian“.
„Who is judging the Serbs“ – asked Prelevic, adding that the question remains as to how long Serbian healthcare and education will continue to operate in the area.
On the other hand, he revealed that he does not understand why Belgrade „gave away the electricity industry“ to Pristina.
„By what logic did you give the property of Serbia to someone?” „I reliably know that between 2013 and 2023, the handover of Serbian jurisdiction to Kosovo was agreed on a permanent basis every week. Analyses are being made on how you will handle dual court verdicts, what you will do with diplomas, work experience, and which factory is whose.
You have been doing it for ten years and then you are playing charades.“
Prelevic said that the „unfathomable decline“ of Serbia is marked by socialists and radicals.
„They needed the lie just to establish that they are a state. And anyone who is against them turns out to be against the state. That’s why I think that Kosovo is a victim of the same media violence,“ he claimed.
He notes that in the last decade a „general tragedy“ has been taking place in Kosovo, which catches the attention of the Serbian media „only when it is necessary to mobilize the citizens and draw their attention“.
He emphasized that this is extremely dishonest and unfair to the Serbs in Kosovo.

Speaking about the murder of Oliver Ivanovic, Prelevic states that he would like to ask the current Minister of Internal Affairs of Serbia, Bratislav Gasic, as well as the director of the BIA, Aleksandar Vulin, whether Ivanovic was under surveillance of this agency until his murder.
„I know he was, but I would like to hear their answer. Don’t forget that Rade Markovic got 20 years because Curuvija was under surveillance until the time of the murder,“ he said. Prelevic states that Ivanovic was killed with „a plethora of unprecedented lies“.
„They didn’t need competition for Srpska Lista, they didn’t need someone down there who thinks for himself and has a reputation. Veselinovic and Radoicic were his counterparts,“ he stated.

Prelevic recalled the videos that were broadcast on Pink which labeled Oliver Ivanovic as a traitor, stating that news programs were even interrupted for the sake of targeting this politician.
